WORKPLACE WELLNESS WEBINAR
For decades, workplaces were primarily designed around efficiency and space utilization. Today, we understand that the physical environment directly influences how people feel, think, collaborate, and perform. The spaces we create can either support health, productivity, and engagement—or contribute to stress, fatigue, and burnout.
The webinar has a twofold purpose: first, to explore how we can intentionally design for wellness across different settings and experiences; and second, to raise awareness of the national policy and its broad wellness objectives. The policy recognizes wellness as a multidimensional concept encompassing mental, environmental, social, intellectual, occupational, spiritual, cultural, and financial well-being, among other interconnected dimensions. Through this discussion, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how these various aspects of wellness can be supported through thoughtful design and informed policy implementation.
