About the event
Food Facility design is becoming increasingly rigorous due to the compliance requirements of food safety systems such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). It is important that food facility architects and design professionals understand the specific needs of the food industry, whether for a restaurant / hotel commercial kitchen or a manufacturing facility. This 1/2 day course provides delegates with an understanding of how to meet the needs of a modern food facility.
